Summary
Program Management is a new Trellis feature that allows for defining programmatic activities and cohort-based participation tracking. Using the light application feature or adding lists of participant records, users can manage prospect and participant pipelines with communications (journeys coming soon) and report on, communicate with, or take other engagement actions on participation in their programs. Program managers can also identify affiliated university or external contacts who contribute to the program, assign mentor relationships, and auto-populate step by step plans related to the program. The Program Management product is designed to flexibly handle a wide variety of student, employee, and community use cases. Future development this academic year will focus on the ability for CatCloud users to filter and find programs related to their interests and see checklists or guided plans associated with their participation.
The working group included program managers from Arizona Online, College of Science, College of Humanities, College of Agriculture, Life, and Environmental Sciences (CALES), Student Engagement and Career Development (SECD), STEM Learning Center (ASEMS), Associated Students of the University of Arizona (ASUA), Office of the Registrar, and Student Success and Retention Initiatives (SSRI). As of September 2024, the working group has created 14 programs with 1120 participant record over 23 cohorts.
