Personal Program Plan

Students can click on Notes on each plan located on their plans page and it will present a modal to them that displays the notes on their Personal Program Plan. (the notes on the items will be displayed in a different location at a later time)

Students can click on "View Plan" or "To-Do Items" on each plan within their plans page and it will navigate them to a page that shows that specific plan and its associated plan items. Plan items are grouped by term and ordered by sequence number

Student Success Professionals can see a printable view of Personal Program Plans and print or save to PDF (students will have this option at a later time)

Service Cases

Users can connect a child Case to a parent Case and can see a detailed list of child Cases on a parent Case. Users are prevented from creating more than two levels of parent-child relationships, i.e. a parent Case cannot have a parent Case

Scheduling

Students can now search for all scheduling users in the Services Search. (Previously only advisors and specific departments were available in the services search)

Early Progress Report

Instructors will now be able to see all EPRs for courses in History regardless of owner

Check-in Queue

Users in the Office of Scholarships & Financial Aid who have the OSFA MGMT role can open/close the office for check-in through the lobby check-in kiosk in the admin building

When the office is not open for check-in the check-in screen reads "Office of Scholarships & Financial Aid is temporarily closed." and neither the Office of Scholarships & Financial Aid or the Tribal Aid radio buttons are available

All users with an OSFA role will be able to see the office's current open/closed status on the final page of the Lobby Settings flow (flow used to set counters, reset counters, or add personal zoom URL)

Users in the Office of the Registrar who do not have "student worker" in their role can close the office for check-in through the lobby check-in kiosk in the admin building

When the office is not open for check-in the check-in screen reads "Office of the Registrar is temporarily closed." and the Office of the Registrar radio button is not available

If both offices are closed for check-in, the *Are you here as a student or representing a student? question is also not visible

Updated language on the lobby check-in page has been updated to "Office of Scholarships & Financial Aid" (previously said Financial Aid)
