Prerequisite: Attendees must be a provisioned Trellis user
Learning objectives
After completing this session, you will be able to:
- Articulate the importance of a CRM to provide a holistic view of the student experience
- Sign in to the Trellis system
- Navigate Trellis using the Navigation Menu
- Find items using the Global Search
- Edit and update user profile, including adding a photo, personal Zoom link, and more.
- Locate Knowledge articles on Trellis products
- Join and use Chatter groups
