Trellis 101: Basics for New Users

This training will explore navigating the Trellis interface, setting up your profile, searching for Knowledge articles, joining a Chatter group, and tips on personalization.

Prerequisite: Attendees must be a provisioned Trellis user

 

Learning objectives

After completing this session, you will be able to:

  • Articulate the importance of a CRM to provide a holistic view of the student experience
  • Sign in to the Trellis system
  • Navigate Trellis using the Navigation Menu
  • Find items using the Global Search
  • Edit and update user profile, including adding a photo, personal Zoom link, and more.
  • Locate Knowledge articles on Trellis products
  • Join and use Chatter groups
