Currently in active development, CatCloud is a new webtool for students that puts everything needed for success – academic, professional, and personal - into a single easy-to-use interface. To help guide our efforts towards the official launch in Fall 2022, we are seeking critical and honest feedback from students like you.

 


Unmoderated Study #1: CatCloud on Desktop (Winter 2022)

Seeking number of participants: 7-10
Est. time to complete: 20 minutes

This is an unmoderated study performed on a desktop computer - you can choose to participate at any time that is convenient for you. During this study, you will be introduced to CatCloud and be presented with a series of tasks or questions to answer or perform, along with providing your honest feedback about your experience along the way. The study is estimated to take about 20 minutes but is not timed: you may advance at your own speed.

Requirements

  • Current student. You must be an active student currently enrolled at the University of Arizona. In-person attendance at the main campus is not required: remote and distance students may also participate.
  • Desktop computer / web browser (Google Chrome only). You will be required to install a browser extension (Participate by Lookback) on a desktop computer: please be assured that this is only to allow us to record the session for research purposes and you may completely remove this extension when the study is complete.
  • A working microphone. You will be asked to think out loud, verbalize your thoughts and provide spoken responses during the session. 
  • Screen sharing. You will need share your screen so we can follow along as you progress. If necessary, please clear the screen of any private or sensitive information before participating.
  • A webcam (optional). Seeing your face helps us gather additional feedback and responses during the study, but you may optionally choose to leave the camera off if you are not comfortable.
