Service

  • Updates the case owner when the chat is transferred.
  • Added new Kiosk mode to reduce clutter for non-webpage interaction.
  • New Feature: Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid Lobby Status and Case Status
    • OSFA users will need to update the Lobby Status field from Consulting to either Consulting Complete or Abandoned in order to update Status from New to any other value. 
    • This change will help make the ticket data clearer as Lobby Status should not remain Consulting once the individual has left the physical counter in the lobby.

Early Progress Reports

  • EPR 2.0: We've made the whole process from start to finish much more intuitive for instructors, by allowing EPRs to be sent to students through direct selection of students from a course's D2L gradebook. The previous functionality to upload a list of students is still supported. Learn more about the process on our Early Progress Reports Support page.
  • SSRI emails are now sent from Marketing Cloud.
  • Early Progress Reports records now have an updated page layout, updated list view, and a new report available.

Campaigns / Marketing Cloud

  • When importing contacts on Campaigns, you will see info about accepted file sizes. If your file is too large, you will see an on-screen notice.
