- New Functionality: Implementation of SAFER case investigation management tools.
- The SAFER team (staff and volunteers) can use a new action called "Attempt" on the HIPAA case page layout. This feature allows SAFER users to update the case status and other relevant information. Users can add contact attempts and/or case comments, depending on the status of the case.
- The SAFER team members (staff only) can manually create new cases.
- The SAFER team members (staff only) can manually create a contact while creating a case if one does not already exist.
Events
- New Functionality: Waitlists
- Event organizers can now add waitlists to tickets related to their event. The waitlist functionality will allow potential attendees to continue registering past the capacity of the event. If any registered attendees cancel their registrations (or capacity is otherwise increased on the ticket), that capacity will become available to those on the waitlist. There are two main ways to use waitlisting:
- If an event organizer selects an Event Setting that includes "Automated Waitlist" in the title when creating an event, members of the waitlist will automatically be invited to register as registered attendees cancel. This operates in a "First In, First Out" manner.
- If an event organizer selects an Event Setting that includes "Manual Waitlist" in the title when creating an event, the members of the waitlist will not automatically be invited to register as registered attendees cancel. The event organizer has to manually select which attendees to invite.
- After an attendee registers for an event's waitlist, an email is sent to the attendee notifying them that they have been put on a waitlist. Another email is sent notifying them that they are allowed to register within a certain time frame, usually 24 hours.
- Event organizers can now add waitlists to tickets related to their event. The waitlist functionality will allow potential attendees to continue registering past the capacity of the event. If any registered attendees cancel their registrations (or capacity is otherwise increased on the ticket), that capacity will become available to those on the waitlist. There are two main ways to use waitlisting:
- Event organizers can now bulk inline edit their attendees by using the "All" and "My Attendees" list views. Event organizers can also filter and clone these list views.
