Trellis Team Leads Whatfix User Group Meeting

Earlier this month, Trellis Training and Documentation Specialist Kayli Hill and CES Manager Kim Winchell presented to fellow Whatfix digital adoption platform users from Uber and the City of Phoenix on how the University of Arizona has built out their in-app guidance in Trellis.

Kayli shared: "Whatfix is the in-app guidance system that overlays Trellis and provides our users on-demand support for processes right on the page they are on. For example, if you are working on an Event and forgot how to upload an image to your event, you can utilize the Flow that the Trellis team created, powered by Whatfix, to walk you through what that process entails. Whatfix is a browser extension that we highly encourage all of our Trellis users to download so they can experience the content we design to elevate the support they get from Trellis and level up their skills with our products. 

At the User Group meeting, we presented to other users with other companies who use Whatfix as well and the ways we have utilized Whatfix within Trellis. The most popular item we shared was our Grow with Trellis Campaign. This is a monthly opportunity to do a mini skill-building challenge to bolster your Trellis knowledge and skillset. Once a Trellis user completes the challenge, they are awarded a badge at the end of that month's campaign to celebrate the new skills that they have mastered.

We were so excited to share our use case with other Whatfix users, and provide an example of how versatile an application like Whatfix can be within a CRM for higher education. I look forward to continuing to find creative support solutions for our Trellis users!"
