Did you know Trellis has its own chatbot as another avenue of support?

The Trellis Chatbot is now available in the Self Help widget powered by Whatfix, in addition to remaining in our  Teams space . It’s designed for quick help when you’re unsure where to find information in our support documentation or when you have a simple process question—simply ask, and the chatbot will provide answers directly from our documentation. For example, you can ask, “How do I add attendees to my event?” or “How do I create a new list campaign for Marketing Cloud?” The chatbot references support documentation for Events and Marketing Cloud, and we’re excited to share that work is underway to expand it to all Trellis products—stay tuned for that announcement!

For general questions about processes, how to use the platform, or where to find something, our Microsoft Teams space is the best place to ask. If you encounter a technical issue or bug, please submit a ServiceNow ticket so we can track and resolve it effectively. Reaching out through these channels helps us provide faster, more consistent support and ensures nothing gets missed.
