Trellis Email Link URLs Expired
Salesforce notified the Trellis product team of a security vulnerability identified across Marketing Cloud instances on January 23rd. As a precaution, Salesforce expired hyperlinks in emails sent on or before January 21, 2026, 4:00 PM AZ time. The Trellis team notified users of this event in an email on Monday, January 26. If the recipient of an email with an expired link follows the link, they will be redirected to an info page
To resolve this, all upcoming Trellis Event invitations where Attendee Registration Status = Invited, registration confirmations for upcoming hybrid and virtual events, and unacknowledged Early Progress Reports sent since Jan. 1, 2026, have been resent.
