Coming Soon – Trellis Digest: Special Edition
As part of our continued commitment to improving your user experience, feedback from the 2025 User Experience Survey and the continued growth of the Trellis product suite—including the Trellis Chatbot—are shaping the next phase of our support strategy.
We are expanding the Trellis website to serve as a centralized hub for support documentation across all Trellis products. In tandem, the Trellis Chatbot will transition to the website and evolve to deliver responses informed by both our web content and centralized support resources.
Updates you’ll notice include:
- Consolidated Trellis updates
- A re-worked calendar to improve your access to live training sessions
- A new user acknowledgment section of our about page
Continuing this initiative, we will create a more streamlined, intuitive support experience, making it easier to find answers, access guidance, and navigate Trellis tools with confidence. More details will be shared in a new, high-level update publication, the Trellis Digest: Special Edition, as this work progresses. We value your partnership and will continue to share how we refine our processes in response to your feedback.
Improved Marketing Cloud Campaign Import
We’ve made changes to campaign imports in Marketing Cloud. You’ll experience:
- Faster imports for improved efficiency
- Stricter import rules to help keep your data clean and reliable
- Enhanced validation around the required file format
To ensure your imports are successful, always include the four required column headers below in your import file — even if some fields are not populated:
- NetID
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
Keeping these headers in place helps the system process your file correctly and prevents errors during import. Please ensure your headers match the required format exactly.
