Release 7.13.1 & 7.14.0

Customers checking out and providing payment for a paid event are now informed to select NA from the state dropdown if no other state options exist
Events users can now see Code Eligibilities (access promo codes) on Event Items regardless of whether the ticket or event is paid or free
The Event page layout has been reorganized to create a simpler, more intuitive user experience. Fields are now grouped more logically by tab, unnecessary fields have been hidden or made optional, and Files are easier to locate. Outdated training links and videos have been removed and help text has been added to the top of each tab for guidance

Service case users can now merge 2 or 3 service cases into one ‘primary’ case in order to address duplicates or consolidate similar work. Non-Primary merged cases will be retained in the recycle bin for 15 days.

Trellis users are now able to make edits to their team’s shared listviews and share new listviews with their teammates.

The Campus Contacts page in CatCloud will now show the reason an advisor or staff is assigned to a student, rather than their job title, consistent with the headers for advisor assignments in UAccess Student Center.
