Release 7.13.1 & 7.14.0

Events

• Customers checking out and providing payment for a paid event are now informed to select NA from the state dropdown if no other state options exist
• Events users can now see Code Eligibilities (access promo codes) on Event Items regardless of whether the ticket or event is paid or free
• The Event page layout has been reorganized to create a simpler, more intuitive user experience. Fields are now grouped more logically by tab, unnecessary fields have been hidden or made optional, and Files are easier to locate. Outdated training links and videos have been removed and help text has been added to the top of each tab for guidance

Service

• Service case users can now merge 2 or 3 service cases into one ‘primary’ case in order to address duplicates or consolidate similar work. Non-Primary merged cases will be retained in the recycle bin for 15 days.

Trellis General

• Trellis users are now able to make edits to their team’s shared listviews and share new listviews with their teammates.

CatCloud

• The Campus Contacts page in CatCloud will now show the reason an advisor or staff is assigned to a student, rather than their job title, consistent with the headers for advisor assignments in UAccess Student Center.

Service

• Case delete permissions are restored to service desk managers

Events

• Primary Department and Primary Business Organization are now columns in the Event Registration Survey Results csv export

Trellis

• Trellis users will now be able to edit more fields on contacts that are not maintained by external systems

Release 7.15.1

Scheduling

• The Outlook calendar sync for Scheduling users has been re-platformed for increased stability and includes the following new features:
  • Outlook recurring busy and OOO items now sync to Trellis
  • Outlook all day busy and OOO items now sync to Trellis
  • Trellis availabilities no longer have a reminder set when synced to Outlook (but appointments still do)
  • The time zone of items synced from Trellis to Outlook is in Arizona instead of UTC

CatCloud

• CatCloud scheduling links for group calendars and individual calendars are changed from “services” to “service”. Redirects will be in place but scheduling users may experience slow loading time of the calendar page and should take action to update their calendar links anywhere those are posted to avoid future issues. Note: Scheduling links on the UAccess Student Advisor Table will be automatically updated for users.
• Students can now export a list of their attended academic support appointments and events from CatCloud

Change of Schedule

• On Change of Schedule instructor emails, the instructors will now be advised to be on a campus network or VPN

Events

• Events users can now easily find event documentation from the Event Dashboard, with a link to the new Trellis Knowledge Base. Previously, the link pointed to an outdated SharePoint folder

External Partners

• External partners users can now see and edit a rich text Description field on Business Organization Accounts, allowing links and formatting for additional context. Previously, this field only supported plain text

Trellis

• Trellis users will now see emails sent to students related to the Mandatory Milestone Advising Program (MMAP) on the Communication tab on Contacts, under Other Communications. Note: Viewing the full email content is dependent on a user’s UAccess Student permissions
