Trellis Social made its introduction to social media marketers and communicators this year. The platform offers a one-stop social media management experience and listening tool that allows the university to operate social channels more strategically and effectively. Arizona will use it to strengthen its brand and its community's voice, as well as foster more timely and engaging content for meaningful dialogue.

As of December 3, all users who will have access to their unit's social media channels were invited to have their accounts provisioned and to attend training. So far, 194 users and 229 social accounts have been onboarded into Trellis Social.

The team will be providing a "Birds of a Feather" training on December 17 where users who have been in the system, with various levels of experience, will work together to discuss best practices and share guiding principles that they have employed. An additional training session will be held on January 15 for those unable to attend prior.
