The Trellis CRM Team is made up of program, product, and Salesforce solutions experts including project managers, developers, UX designers, IT architects, training specialists, communications specialists, Salesforce administrators, and many other dedicated roles to ensure successful implementation. This team is currently housed in the University Information Technology Services (UITS) department.
Governance over the program is a collaborative effort between the Trellis CRM Team, the Program Strategy Team, and the Executive Sponsors who meet regularly to discuss the direction and future of this university-wide initiative.
