Scheduling

  • Scheduling super users can now edit and delete Salesforce-source Busy Block availability records
  • Appointment confirmation emails now include a link to add the appointment to an Outlook calendar from a desktop device. A link to the University of Arizona mobile app is also available to enable push notifications or add to a mobile calendar from there

Storefront

  • Storefront users can identify events with ongoing offerings. Product sites and email communications to course participants in ongoing courses do not include start/end dates
  • For Storefront, booking attendees are now created for every order processed through the storefront website, if the purchaser has not created booking attendees themselves. For single product quantity, the default booking attendee is the contact who created the order. For order product quantities greater than 1, all default booking attendees are blank. The styling of the Update Attendees link in order confirmation emails is updated to be more prominent

Service

  • As a service case user I no longer am able to transfer service cases to UITS HR

Trellis

  • As a Trellis user I can now navigate the related records by selecting individual tabs for specific types of related records Service, Student, Engagement and Communication

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed bug where campaign import tool ignored first/last name when matching on email
