Service
- By using Trellis tools, Transfer Student Support Services (TSSS) staff will have a new system for tracking and reporting check-ins at their location
- As a Staff member of Campus Pantry and/or Campus Closet, you will no longer see the middle page of the trellis check-in flow
Campaigns
- Self-service contact imports on Campaigns are improved as follows:
- An improved deduplication strategy is used to prevent duplicate contacts from being created.
- Duplicate and invalid rows are skipped rather than failing the entire import, and the completion email now includes row numbers and contact details for any skipped rows. Upload-to-import times should be significantly faster upload-to-import times.
- Rows containing potentially dangerous special characters are now rejected with a clear explanation.
- The Full-Service import description and data formatting warning have been updated to set clearer expectations around file requirements and data integrity
Events
- Blackthorn Events is updated, including allowing an authenticated user in CatCloud to be redirected to their AttendeeLink when they register for an Event. Previously, the registered Attendee was returned to the registration page, causing confusion
Storefront
- Store owners can now configure Terms & Conditions for their storefront purchases
- Storefront Orders can be updated to have a status of Cancelled.
- Updating the Order Status to Cancelled will automatically update any related Booking Attendee records to also have a Cancelled status.
- Booking Attendees can also be updated individually to have a status of Cancelled.
- Users are able to manually send emails from both the Order and Booking Attendee records as needed to communicate the cancellation.
Contact Records
- Renamed the "Primary Program" field on Contact to "Primary College" with a new API name (Primary_College__c)
CatCloud
- Graduate students can now see their assigned Graduate Coordinator, Graduate Degree Auditor, and Director of Graduate Studies in CatCloud
