Marketing Cloud

• Subscription center displays the name of contact
• Users will now see the Affiliated Business unit on the campaign subscriber form

Scheduling

• Drop-In appointments with a status of ‘Checked In’ will be updated overnight to ‘Attended’
• Scheduling and Case Details users with access to Note Type  have a new note type option of ‘Tutoring’ for academic support services

Program Management

• Program management users can delete program accounts, program cycles, and program opportunities to aid in program configuration and maintenance
• Account hierarchy listviews are updated to include account type and owner for external partnership development

CatCloud

• The Academic Support page in CatCloud now includes filters for Courses and Location
