  • When checking into an appointment, users are not able to enter more than 140 characters in the “What would you like to discuss” question

Service Cases

  • Groups using Service Cases will have the new functionality to mark a Service Case with the Status of “Junk” and the Case will be treated as Closed. Junk Cases will be automatically deleted after two weeks
  • Bug Fix: Some Notes were not visible in ARC Directory even when data was present in the field; this has been fixed


  • For Events with multiple Event Items, the Registration Confirmation and Reminder to Attend emails will now show the Attendee’s Event Item (Ticket)
