Service Cases

  • If 24/7 is selected during the “Transfer Department” process, the user will be told “Sorry, 24/7 does not use Service Cases. Click "Finish" to close or "Previous" to select a different department.” and the case will not be transferred.

ARC Directory

  • On the public ARC Directory, I only see the Notes section in results if that advisor has notes for me to read
