Campaigns
- The Campaign Manager now contains a Campaign Performance Dashboard.
- There is a Campaign Opt-Ins report that shows how many people have opted-in to a campaign on the Reports tab of the Campaign record.
- There is a Campaign Email Opt-Outs report that shows how many people have opted out of a campaign on the Reports tab of the Campaign record.
- Campaign description is limited to 180 characters when allowing subscribes.
Service and Scheduling
- Scheduling users are able to create a contact record for prospective students.
- Service Case users are able to upload/download multiple files at once.
