  • Users can add Employee ID field when creating a contact or add Employee ID to an existing contact if it does not already have one. Users will not be able to change the value if one is already populated, and will be directed to contact 24/7 if Employee ID is incorrect.


  • SOS users receive a notification for any messages sent to their number other than generic opt-in messages.
