New case subcategories for HR Teams
Campaigns:
- List views were created for Campaigns by Business Unit.
- Campaign Member layouts for all Campaign record types were updated to provide more useful information.
- Marketers can create a campaign using Campaign Manager which is a step-by-step flow to guide them through the process.
- Campaign Members removed from a child List or Relationship Campaign will be removed from the corresponding parent campaign nightly.
