- External partners can create Case Notes (case/case detail records) from Contacts, Accounts or existing Case note records.
- these records are editable and can be deleted by the user who creates them
- External partners can create Tasks from Accounts and the global action
- these records are editable and can be deleted by the user who is assigned to the task
- All users of Case Notes, with the exception of advising notes, can now edit their Case/Case Detail records after the day they are created
Events
- Updated messaging on virtual events.
- When an attendee views their Attendee Link anytime before 15 minutes prior to the start of the event, they will see the message "The video stream will be available 15 minutes before the start of the event." instead of "The video stream will start on (EVENT START TIME)".
- Event Organizers now have the ability to add a public URL link to an image that will appear above the Host field on the various email templates.
Early Progress Reports
- Course names are now included in the subject line of emails that go out to students when an instructor chooses to upload a class list from a CSV in D2L (and in the EPR records created in SF).
