External Partners:
- A user can create a University Department Affiliation by clicking the button on the Account page.
- Account has additional fields Nickname and Type.

- Appointments will no longer be linked to an availability if an availability's date is changed.

- List campaigns have the ability to save to Marketing Cloud via a button. Relationship campaigns must be managed in Marketing Cloud.
