Trellis Advise FAQs

Expand the panels below to view answers to frequently asked questions.

Trellis Advise is a new, user-friendly scheduling and communications platform that allows:

  • advisors to post their availability for advising appointments and track student interactions.
  • students to conveniently manage and schedule appointments with their advisors.

Trellis Advise will initially be available to UArizona undergraduate academic advisors and current or former undergraduate students. Prospective students will also have the ability to log into Trellis Advise in the coming weeks. The Trellis team is hosting additional discovery workshops to explore ways to expand Trellis's functionality for additional student service units.

Advisors can sign in to their account with the following link: http://advise.trellis.arizona.edu/

Students can search for advisors and book appointments with the following link: http://student.trellis.arizona.edu/

Students will see a simple and modern interface to book appointments with their advisors. View the student section of our how to videos for a walkthrough of this experience.

The team has created a set of flyers and leave-behinds to help guide the conversation about this new tool.

Since an account in Trellis requires a new profile, formal requests must be submitted to access the calendaring tool or Cases functionality in Trellis Advise. You can submit a request through central IT's Access Provisioning Tool (APT).
