Prioritization Criteria

The Prioritization Criteria aims to communicate a set of principles that the CRM and Program Strategy Team will use to evaluate and guide the direction and future of Trellis CRM.

The proposed product and outcomes further the mission of creating and strengthening shared university vision, mission and values.  The act of doing so increases capacity for scaled innovation and collaboration.

Focused, Timely and Actionable

The proposed product request is timely and clearly addresses a well-defined need. Outcomes are achievable, scalable, address the need, and are appropriate relative to time and cost to implement.

Improves Organizational Efficiency

The proposed product presents an opportunity to streamline processes, reduce redundancies, and improve information quality at the university. Outcomes are designed with a systems perspective which ensures it will be elegant and usable. 

Fosters Constituent Engagement

The proposed product improves the experience and engagement of the constituent.  Outcomes broaden the University’s reach, service and support of a strategic constituent, resulting in improved satisfaction and loyalty.

Fit with Trellis Program and Product Capability

The proposed product aligns with the capabilities and functionality built or planned within the Trellis suite of technologies, schedule for product release and desired strategic outcomes for the Trellis program.
